Audience Response Games
Audience response games turn a passive room into a crowd that leans in, competes, and remembers what they learned.

One of the trickiest things to predict about any meeting or presentation is whether attendees will be in the mood to interact. Audience response games from Padgett Communications take that uncertainty off the table. The moment a question hits the screen and every handheld keypad lights up, the room shifts from watching to playing.
That format gives presenters a clearer read on their audience’s thinking, demographics, and level of interest. You ask a question that needs an instant answer and carries a stake, and people respond. The reward can be as small as the satisfaction of being right or as real as an extra vacation day. Either way, attention goes up and stays up.
The Padgett Plus keypads do double duty. They gather clean response data on demographics, opinions, and knowledge, and they turn that same data-gathering into an entertaining game show in the style of Jeopardy, Survivor, Deal or No Deal, and other formats your audience already knows.

- Sales meetings and kickoffs
- Employee feedback sessions
- Medical advisory groups
- Strategic planning and team building
- Memory and retention testing
Our Experts Build the Game With You
Whether your goal is to quiz attendees on products, company history, or the day’s presentation topics, our audience response specialists help you get there. Want to test how well employees know your company or industry? One of our dedicated project managers will help you develop questions that draw out exactly that information.
The more creative and specific the questions, the more useful the data you collect. Whatever your goals, Padgett assigns a full-time project manager to build your question set around your precise requirements and run it on-site.
How to Design an Audience Response Game Show
Your show can run in multiple choice, true/false, or yes/no format, with participants playing as teams or as individuals. Assign point values to keep score, then display responses, correct answers, and standings on a graphic display with several layout options.
Standings can appear after each question, at the end of each round, or at the close of the presentation. Afterward, the audience analysis shows which individual or team retained the most, and it surfaces the topics that need more attention or follow-up training.
